Return & Refund Policy

1. What can I return?

Any unworn item that is in its original condition that you are not fully satisfied within 30 days from the shipping date. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. What if I want to exchange my item(s) for another one?

Please email us at kcjwlry@hotmail.com with your order number and we can start the exchange process. Once you ship back and we receive the item(s) we will ship out your new item(s).

3. What if my item comes in damaged?

We will replace any damaged items for free. Send an email to us at kcjwlry@hotmail.com with your order # and a picture of the damaged item. We will ship you a replacement once we confirm it.

4. How do I start a return?

Please refer back to the paper that came with your order.

5. What is the turnaround time for my refund/exchange?

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving your items back.
